A Note about Affordable Stuffies
Monday, July 20, 2009 at 07:43PM
You know how the larger stuffies at the pet store are $8 - $10? I just wanted to share that I was at Kohl's this weekend, and that is where I got Farley's duck. It doesn't squeak like a typical dog toy, but he LOVES it and it was only $5.
Their stuffies are a part of their Kohls Cares for Kids campaign and 100 percent of the net profits go to children's health and education initiatives. Their website says that since 2000, Kohl's has raised more than $126 million for these programs. Very cool.
P.S. We aren't receiving anything for posting this message. Just thought it was a good find and wanted to share with other Dog Mom's - if you have a Kohl's store where you live :)

Thank you for sharing. Stuffies don't have a long life in our household. Samantha is the main culprit. She likes to kill them. In fact she destroys almost all toys we get for them. So far only the Kong and Lacross balls are tough enough to handle her killer jaws. Others don't have a chance. We always joke that it's a good thing Samantha is not an agressive dog, otherwise she would be a killer.
