And the Winner is...

My paws wouldn't cooperate, so I engaged the help of my trusty assistant for the drawing. Mom wrote all the names on paper squares for me. Then she folded them up and put them in the fish bowl pyrex mixing bowl.

The humans had to put me back in the more traditional eCollar because I got to my hot spot in the Comfy Cone and made it a bleeding mess. I tried to place my cone over the raffle bowl to select a name, but it didn't go so well.

I decided instead to have my assistant sprinkle the contents of the bowl on the floor, and the first one I poked with my nose would be the winner.

And the winner is -- Abbey from Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Bacon! Congratulations Abbey! You can send us your address via on the contact us page of our site, and we'll leave a note on your blog too.

Thank you everyone for participating :)

I hope your hot spot goes away soon so you can get back to scratching where it itches!! :)

A most valent effort pickin' the winner with the dreaded cone on. I am very worried about your poor tail and the hot spots - not good.

Oh darn that hot spot. When I had a hot spot, my mom applied Doc Ackerman's hot spot relief. It has witch hazel, gree tea extract and other healing herbs and by the sixth day the scab was about to fall off. Take care.

Congrats to Abbey!

Farley, ya gotta stop the scratching! Augie has scratched his in the past (one time by rubbing his cone against the couch!) and that makes it so much worse. Feel better!

Most impressive work with the cone on! It's nice to have assistants who can actually, uh, assist! In the meantime, feel better so you can get that silly cone off! :-)
