I'm here to report that I'm almost as spoiled as Augie and Ti. This week I received a gift from my Sophie Lou!

Inside was something called a Floppy Moppy dog toy! It has glorious mop string type fur that feels very good in my mouth. I had a great time playing "keep away" from the humans with it.

She also sent me a very nice note love letter and my all time favorite Chuck It balls! Life is so good. Thank you Miss Sophie Lou, I appreciate it so much :)

Ever since we moved in, we've had a back door to no where but a huge drop down. Dad and I have had non-stop projects for the past two years, and this summer we committed to building a small deck platform and stairs so we can start using the door. For this project we mixed cement and poured our footings, we did some drainage pipes to keep water away from the house and we non-canine critter proofed it. This weekend I began putting boards on the steps. Dad followed directions really well. He is a most excellent assistant in my home improvement projects.

Next weekend we will conclude with board on the top platform, and handrails. Nice job Dad! You are a quick study.

Ruby's Raiser is a great writer. She always makes us laugh, and we have learned so much about the life of a service dog in training from her. She is so honest about her experiences. We love reading the stories about how she seeks out new adventures to expose Ruby to, and how she works through the hard times when things don't go as smoothly as she hoped, as well as the celebrations when her training works perfectly.  

One of my lady friends, the lovely Miss Luna, sent me a Wubba for my birthday! It is my first Wubba, and I've heard so many of my dog friends talk about them. I must say, I love it a lot!

She also sent me this very nice card. I believe that is either Droopy or Callie on the front!

She was even so sweet as to send my Mom an "I Love Dogs" charm key chain! All I can say is thank you, and I Wubba Luna!

P.S. I played until I passed out like this...but I didn't want to keep my eyes off it. Thank you very much !

My friend Dugan gifted me with a monster bag of goodness!

I was so excited because inside were the blueberry treats that Tucker and Daisy were talking about, along with some carrot ones too. I must agree with Dugan, Tucker and Daisy - blueberries are delectable! 

Dugan also gave me a big headed dog stuffie!

If I wasn't spoiled enough, I also got this bull! My mom had the nerve to put him in my "save for later" stash so I can enjoy my dog first. Thank you very much Dugan, I really appreciate it!

A work of art arrived on our front porch yesterday! It was for a special event occurring this weekend from my friends Augie and Ti. We had a powerful thunderstorm and a variety of disasters around the house, so the humans made me wait an entire day to open it. Hello people?! Are you kidding me?

I had no choice but to expedite the process and quickly stuffed my whole head into a sea of bubble wrap to reveal the glorious surprise buried beneath. First there was a funny card, featuring some talented hairy friends.

You won't believe this, but it was Mr. Bill inside the box, and he says Oh Nooooooo when I carry him in my mouth!

Note from Mom: Also inside the box was a hilarious toy called Cast of Characters, and the stuffie is already "beat up." This duck has a cast on his wing and leg, along with some other first aid treatments. We are going to save it for a few days before giving it to the kid, so he can enjoy Mr. Bill first.

After dinner I decided to take Mr. Bill outside to show him some of my favorite past times.

Finally we took a long rest on the porch. Thank you so much Augie and Ti - I appreciate it!
